Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, but are willing to make exchanges. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. (Please be mindful of this when you place your order)

  • Once packages are handed over to the post office, unfortunately we no longer have control of the package. Please contact your local post office for any issues or your package seems to have been lost in transit.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs. If you accidentally enter your address wrong and a package is returned to Webb & Thread, we will contact you to have the package resent to the correct address.

  • Turn-around times will be published at the top of our website. Please keep in mind the turn around time and shipping time if you are placing a time sensitive order. Our current turn around time for apparel is 7-10 business days + 3-5 day shipping. (Business days mean Monday-Friday only, no weekends or holidays)

  • For custom plushies and crochet requests, the turn around time will be provided to you through email, as it depends on the amount of orders we have at the time.
